Servings are generous. Selection is varied. Dessert choices looked delicious! Our strawberry blonde waitress was great. Wonderful sense of humor and engaging. Oh, and the wings are amazing!

While it's sad to see the Schulz's name go, Josh's Riverside Restaurant is a very nice, completely remodeled, local dining experience. I'd probably put it at 4.25 or 4.50 stars if I could. Their menu is very solid, and the items I had (flatiron steak and their macaroni and cheese) were excellent. The macaroni and cheese, in particular, was essentially gourmet. Prices are pretty reasonable too, especially for the steak. My only complaint was that the drinks were a bit watered down, and they don't serve any alcohol. Very worthwhile place to visit, in sum.

Formerly known as Schultz's Restaurant, this diner has a lot of good history. The new owners have taken this restaurant to new heights, employing some courteous and attentive wait staff, and skilled kitchen staff. The food is delicious and there are many options - it's hard to recommend just a few items because it is all so good. I'll start with their hearty breakfasts and coffee. They have a delicious ham dinner. Their chicken wings are uniquely good. Oh, and I highly recommend the salad bar (their greens are fresh and their house dressing is incredible.

I've been asked (bc my name is Josh) if I was the owner. No, but I would be proud to call it my business. Each person working there should be proud of what they are doing. Exceptional hometown restaurant.
