Went for the first time today to the new diner. The coffee was good and the food was not great! We ordered 2 eggs, hash browns and toast. The toast didn’t come with our eggs, the waitress said it would be right out. When we were almost done, she asked us if it was ok and we asked for a coffee refill and the toast. The hash browns had a really bad aftertaste from the oil they use and they were not hot. We are used to experienced wait staff, so this was not a good experience and for 2 meals of 2 eggs, hash browns and toast the bill was 25.00. Eek! Not used to those prices around here for such poor quality and service.
So awesome that geneseo has a breakfast diner again. Food is great and service is really nice…. Definitely would recommend to stop in.
