Long John Silver's

I have reviewed on Taco bell before. We had a very bad experience. That they more than willingly fixed right away. I was very greatful for that. But this time around i am father upset by 2 things. First of all NOT ONE PERSON in that place was wearing a name tag. Now if you have a problem or are not happy with some ones service you have absolutely no way of knowing who it was. I work in customer service and i have worked at Taco bell many many years ago. I know it is policy for them and most places for everyone to have a name tag. Second there was a very very new young lady on the register. I felt so bad for her because it was after noon rush and they literally threw her to the wolves. They put her on front register and didn't have any one there to help. Then when she made a mistake the gentlemen in the back come out to her while she was trying to take my order and reprimanded her right in front of every one. Now this made her stop taking my order. Then he didn't even offer to help her take my order and i know my order is complicated. He told her she needed to listen to people's orders better. Now she did my order perfect. And if customers would read tbe screen as she was putting in the order they would know when she messed up. It is just as much our responsibility as customers to make sure our food is right as it is yours. And she read every order back and people were like yup thats right. It would appear she is not the only one with a "LISTENING PROBLEM". She did just fine for the amount of training or the lack of that she had. The food was still awesome but i hate the idea of that poor young girl being called out like that. And it was that saaaame grumpy looking blonde manager from before.... Uuugh. Where is Jessica? She was an amazing manager.

Price is good and good is always good. I always get seafood. Wish they had one in Rome

Always enjoy going to the Long John Silvers and Taco Bell restaurant in Oneida. Great service, great food, great prices and always the best people and the food's always done right and hot. One of my favorite stops when in Oneida.
