    The best employees you could ask for in a franchise, Dunkin should be very grateful for the people who work here. They exhibit really good service, even when corporate policies interfere.

    As far as the food goes it's a franchise you'll have the same anywhere in the world. It's the employees and atmosphere they project that makes this location stand out from the others.

    Update 10months later! Still all true! A staple to other Dunkin's locations to try to follow, canastota, ny hint hint!

    very kind staff,very friendly, I like their coffee as one of the best. Their store was clean but lacked alot of the donuts I like. Good for them but not so for me.lol
