    The food is quite tasty and the restaurant is casual but nice. Has full bar. I would go there again.

    This is my absolute favorite place in Rochester. Everything about this place seems dodgy on the outside, but the inside is gorgeous, the food is insanely good, and the staff are super polite. You won't find better Chinese food in Rochester than at Chen Garden.

    Excellent Walnut and scrimp dish. Could be more well lit in dining room. Good service.

    Always a great time here! The food is amazing and the staff is always friendly and accommodating! They also are always to be extra careful with my gluten free meals!

    Chinese food and service at this place is super good. One of the best spots in the area. Certainly worth going back to. It has a good atmosphere. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.
