Clarion Pointe Rochester Monroe Avenue

We have been a on an eight day trip and this hotel was our favorite and also the best priced. This hotel is amazing! A clean European feel with Epoxy floors!! The breakfast had a multitude of healthy choices from Wegmans grocery. The desk clerks couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful. We experienced a positive stay. Highly recommended.

My father had a problem with his room rate during his stay over Veterans Day Weekend. I called and spoke with Chris, one of the hotels guest service reps, and he quickly fixed the issue in a very professional manner. He was very persistent on having our business, so I'm happy to say we will be staying at this hotel next year and hopefully many years to follow!

We checked in, and then my friend had a serious medical emergency. Chris and his staff were remarkably helpful and compassionate ! They made it easier and quicker for the ambulance crew to attend to my friend. While still in the emergency room, Chris called to check on me. He again called the following day to assure me credit for the room would be forthcoming and to inquire on my friend’s status.
