Firehouse Subs West Henrietta Road

Amazing food and it serves a wonderful cause supporting our first responders! Sure they just opened and it might take a tiny bit longer than you might expect, but I’m sure in no time with Jenny’s excellent leadership and friendly spirit they’ll be going at full speed. The staff were courteous and seemed to really be invested in making this place a success. My sub (the Hero I believe it was called) was fresh and delicious. The mac ‘n’ cheese really hit it out of the park! I truly wish for the greatest success for this place and all the staff who work there. 5 stars for sure!

Went on a Friday evening to pick up dinner for the family. I would have called in my order (or did drive thru) but I wanted to check out the inside. Cool decor, spread out seating, not a lot of extra room, but place was fairly busy. Staff was courteous and food came out quick. Everyone enjoyed their subs (family of 5). I got the Jamaican jerk turkey, and it was very good. My 4 year old didn’t finish, she never does, but she put her turkey sandwich in the fridge to save for the next day.

I stopped in tonight and ordered via the drive through. The young lady at the window was very courteous and patient. I didn't wait long for the 2 sandwiches I ordered. I drove from Henrietta to Greece and the sandwiches were still nice and warm when I got in. They were absolutely delicious and I'll definitely return.

Ordered for the whole family. Everyone got something different and everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely our new favorite sub place! I think the meat just tastes better than what is served at other local sub places. I did not save the other half of my large sub for a later meal; it was too yummy! 😉

Who doesn't love a good sub? Well this place has amazing subs. Firehouse Subs is my new go to sandwich place, great food, reasonably priced for the four of us that ate there. And as for the drive through, it was opening week, obviously a new place is going to be busy. Welcome to Rochester Firehouse Subs! I'll be back frequently.
