Best Customer service by far. Food is great and service is unbelievable. I normally call in. They know my name and it's always ready.

My wife and I like to go here and share one of their very good fish fry dinners. The portions are big enough for us to have a nice lunch.

Home of the greatest cheeseburger around. Can’t beat it and the cost doesn’t drain the pocketbook. I would recommend the milkshakes as a special treat as those are also really very good. An all around well built establishment and friendly staff to serve you some of the best food around.

Bill Gray's has a beautiful establishment very clean with seating for all. The food is always delicious and a wide variety. Live their Hots, Onion Rings and Fries. Restrooms are very clean handicapped parking and entrance.

Revised rating: I have been a fan of Bill Gray's since I had my first bacon breakfast sandwich years ago (when they were only $1.59+tax lol). I no longer live in Rochester but, visit often. I try to go to a Bill Gray's at least once whenever I am in town and this is one of my favorite Bill Gray's locations. Lots of seating. Really good food and quantity for the money. I love that they make everything to order but, the wait is never too long. Sometimes the fries are so hot, you cannot eat them right away (not a bad thing), but they are never greasy. Bill Gray's still makes one good bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. And now you can get double bacon and/or double egg and all their sandwiches come on some of the best rolls. The breakfast sandwiches cost more than $1.59 now but, they are worth the trip and the price.
