My daughter and I ate here for the first time today. This place is awesome! Love the decor and ambiance. The staff were very nice, attentive and helpful. Prices were good. The food prep was super fast (and the place was FULL). The food was awesome! I started with a Caramel Macchiato (delicious) and then had The Farmer Omelet...it was a HUGE breakfast and very flavorful...huge pieces of ham, bacon and sausage in the omelet and the hash browns were great (waitress described them as hash browns on steroids...and she was right). I left stuffed. My daughter had the Cronut French Toast and it was AMAZING, very flavorful...and to be honest, I had to help her finish! We absolutely will be back and make this a regular. I highly recommend!
Everything about the service was great; the wait for a table for 6 people was only 10 minutes (even though they told us 40), server was attentive, drinks and apps came out quick, and everyone was very friendly and excited to be there. That being said, the food wasn’t anything to write home about. The corned beef hash is straight out of can - jazzed up with peppers/onions, even though they said it wasn’t. I wish they had cocktails or a wider variety of coffee drinks to choose from.
I went to Silo with three family members for breakfast on a Saturday. It was fairly busy inside, but we were seated quickly. The service was fast and the wait for food did not seem to take long. We got the cinnamon rolls to share. 3 of us got French toast (with and without berries) and one of us got the banh mi Benny. The cronut French toast was great and they did not skimp on the berries. The banh mi was delicious. We'd get everything again. The side sausage was good, as well as the hash browns. We were near a speaker so the music was louder by us, but we could still hold conversation easily. We would go again.
This was my first time there. The waitress Hannah was informative and very attentive. Whatever my friend and I asked for she brought it to us. I enjoyed the chopped salad with a variety of items in it. I did not add any thing like chicken and was very satisfied. My friend had the Reuben with the seasoned hash browns. I tasted one of the hash browns and liked the flavor immensely. She took half of the Reuben home. We will return!
The water feature in front was cool. Got seated quickly. For a Monday lunch there was a decent crowd but still manageable. Can only imagine how this place is on the weekend. Got the Banh Mi Benedict and it was delicious. The pork belly was tender and flavorful and the eggs poached perfectly. Waitress was nice and friendly. Will be returning for sure!
