    The customer service at this location is subpar. They all seem to have an attitude. I came in to get donuts for my work team and it appeared my asking questions was bothersome.

    Not the usual service. Had to repeat my order 3 times and then got the wrong drink. Plus, l ordered a Wake Up Wrap and the first one had a dried and brittle shell. Asked if it could be replaced and the next was only slightly better.

    I don’t typically write reviews, but I am always so impressed with the staff here whenever we visit. We come here for coffee weekly and always get an order of munchkins for our toddlers to split. They remember our kids’ favorite flavors without us needing to ask and always make sure the split is even. And of course the coffee and the customer service is always excellent! We’ve lived all over the country, but this DD is a step above!
