    I don't think I've ever bothered to review a national chain before. But- this location, this shift and crew: 9-10 a.m. on 8/17/19 deserve high praise! Service was fast, friendly, and accurate with some extra effort thrown in with a smile. The hot breakfast items wrapped to go looked ready for menu photos- not squashed like they often are. Counter, kitchen, seating, bathroom were all sparkling clean.

    The best Dunkin Donuts is on the corner of Portland Ave and E. Ridge Rd. Best customer service and EXCELLENT coffee. They know what they are doing in this place..thank you

    Was not told drink was ready it was just left on the counter for several minutes until another customer asked if I was waiting. They couldn’t be bothered. Last crew was better
