Romano's Macaroni Grill

Food here is wonderful. We have several different waiters and waitresses that we love to see. The service is fast, they have a great sense of humor and despite the busyness of the restaurant, the staff are always warm, friendly and attentive.

Food is always excellent here. Service is good from the wait staff but not so much from the hostess stand. Not that it was bad but that it didn't seem to fit in with the overall dynamic of the restaurant. Food is fairly priced in the mid range category. Not good for a cheap night out but not expensive either. Tiffany was our server and was very attentive, making sure our food was perfect and our drink glasses remained full. Also she was very receptive to our six year old who was with us. We will definitely be back and will ask to sit in her section again if possible!

The Shrimp Portofino (with extra pine nuts) was delicious. I tried to eat slowly but yum yum yum. The crowd was light and there was a very loud fan that the staff ignored. But the food was great, the service was stupendous. I love the atmosphere in this place, if it weren't for the fan.

Service was good until food arrived. Waitstaff asked if we wanted more bread, we said yes, and it never came. No refills on drinks or water, despite obvious empty glasses sitting at end of table. Forgot to take our coupon, forgot to bring us boxes, one of the desserts arrived well after the other. Food was very good, but service was, meh.

I cannot give six stars or i would. One of the best restaurant experiences ever offered, while a little pricey you definitely get the extra effort from the staff in all respects. Even their takeout orders are uniquely packaged and ready to return to an oven when you get home or the following day. I would change nothing, keep up the great work guys
