“First of all this place smelled amazing!!!! And not talking food smell. It smelled like very pleasant perfume. I thought it was just me but apparently they hear this a lot. Our waiter was extremely pleasant, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. The food came out fresh and fast the fried cheese curds are to die for. “This is the best pretzel place in the mall. The cinnamon sugar pretzel is my favorite kind to get because it's not overly sweet, but still has a bunch of flavor. I've had pretzels from other places in the mall before and their cinnamon is like sand and barely sticks. I've also had this places pumpkin spice pretzel, which is seasonal, and that was delicious too! The service is really quick so if you see a line don't fret, they go pretty fast!”

“Busy spot during lunch time. There can be long lines. I will say the staff does work quick and they do a wonderful job. Always great quality and they go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. I recently ordered something they were missing an ingredient on and we had to make a substitution. They provided me a discount for the inconvenience. They later found me in the dinning room and gave me a voucher for a free 6" sub to apologize. The team here really goes above and beyond and I have never had any complaints!”
