Applebee's Grill + Bar

Surprisingly awesome burger. Made to order. You could tell by the shape that it was a hand formed burger. No symmetry at all which is good. Seasoned well. Not overdone. Yea!

Food was good. Although on a Sunday (Still Part of the weekend) it was busy. so busy that it took about 20 minutes or maybe it was longer(after we stood to be seated for about 15 minutes) for our waitress to come by just to get our drinks. (There was 5 people in my group) by that time we had all decided what we wanted. One in my group took noticed that our waitress had a lot of tables assigned to her. I believe he also pinpointed the manager on duty as well because he stated that the manager appeared to be serving and helping the kitchen at the same time because it was really busy. I think from the time we got in line to the time we left we had spent close to an hour an half or more there.

Now I'm not taking it out on our waitress or even the manager on duty. But they really needed more staff there that not. Especially with a new promotion that is designed to get people into the seats. Combined between myself and the other in my group alone we have close to 20 to 30 years in the business. The only thing we saw wrong was the fact that they were under staffed.

Went here with a gift card that I had received for a birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind the staff was, and their joviality between one another. My wife and I ordered an appetizers mix, and two entrees. The food came out very fast. It was actually fast enough that we didn't get to eat all of our appetizers before our entrees came out! I would say my wife and I were eating our entrees within 15 minutes of arriving. Thank you for great service!

It was a mother/daughter day. There service allows me to mix and add to my desired dish. Mother enjoyed her glass of ???? before dinner. We were blessed with an attentive and friendly waitress. Restaurant was clean and peaceful. ????
