Summerville Grill

Crab cakes were moist and delicious, artichokes french were a little heavy on the batter and a little too much sauce. Needed pasta with them, not a good appetizer, but the flavor was good. Hamburger was over cooked, but they did offer to remove it. A tad expensive considering the total order was a hamburger, 2 appetizers and 1 alcoholic beverage. Total over $50 with 20% tip.

The prime rib, the chicken wings, the burgers...I could go on and on but you just have to go and try it for yourself. Different specials every night and outside seating during the summer. Great prices. A true gem in Summerville!

My dear friend and I came here to celebrate my birthday. We didn't know they stop serving lunch at 2 pm and we got there about 2:30. We each had soup and salad. My friend had the broccoli cheddar soup and I had the seafood bisque. Both were excellent. Our salads were both good and she raved about the home made blue cheese dressing. Our server was very attentive. I will be back for dinner with my hubby.

Slightly on the loud side . .Friday or Saturday, make a reservation. More food than you can eat ...Saw just about everyone that had dinner this night was taking home a doggie bag. Wait staff and helpers we're quick and courteous.

2 STARS ... and THAT is being generous. My wife and I revisited the restaurant last night. Rumor has it, that the place is now under new owners. Stick around ... with the service we had last night ...more new owners should be right around the corner. We walked in at 7 o'clock. the place had plenty of seats open. There I am standing with the help of a cane. "Please wait to be seated" it says. And, wait we did.

I have to say now ... don't bother visiting for awhile ... maybe the new owners will get their act together ... or, maybe not. For right now, find a different place to eat.
