Panera Bread

A+++ to the manager and staff! My wife ordered online and asked me to pick up her food. I arrived 15 minutes before close at the Perington location to find out she ordered from the penfield location. The manager called the penfield location, confirmed her order was there and made her order for me so I didn't have to drive there. While I waited they were extremely kind and offer me a drink. The order was done in minutes and made my wife very happy when I came home. Thanks again Perington Panera!

Always good food and excellent customer service. Good food for the money spent on food

I had the corn chowder soup. It was good BUT it was puny amount in a big bowl. I expected it to be filling bit it wasn't. The soup was amazingly great. I'd like to have paid for more soup in a bigger bowl.

Always fast service, good food and fair prices. The dining room is nice with comfortable seating and a fireplace. Patio seating is comfortable as well. The cold drinks are particularly good, offering mixes of super-fruit juices. The staff was particularly helpful my last visit because I left something valued at a couple hundred dollars in the dining area and was able to retrieve it a couple of days later.

Like their bagels in the AM but not their reformulated cream cheese which used to whipped but was eliminated a year ago. Coffee is often sour. But sandwiches and soup are delicious. Without the coffee I rate them a 4
