Always excellent food and wonderful service. The Scallop Pie was scrumptious and the Steak Stinton perfect. A favorite place to meet friends.

A very COZY and dimly lit traditional century style restaurant - This is a very nice restaurant for an intimate dinner for two with the dark woods and brick. They're known for their steaks and seafood plates. It is well worth the price for what they give you, and the quality is fresh. The steaks are seasoned nicely and you have a choice of side dishes. With most of their plates, you get a fresh greens salad with many choices of dressings, a choice of potatoe (fries, baked, or mashed), or a choice of vegetable. I had the garlic mashed potatoes, and it was buttery and not over done with garlic. They also have a great selection of desserts - My wife and I shared the peanut-butter pie. For such a traditional century style restaurant, they serve modern drinks. Their list of Martinis are great ! From traditional choices, to martini's like the "Espresso Martini" - It's VERY delicious. My wife had the 8oz Filet Mignon, and I had the Surf Platter. I was amazed on how much you get for the price, it's well worth it - A big 6oz lobster tail, 4 or 5 large scallops, around 8 pieces of King crab leg sections, 4 or 5 jumbo shrimp, and 2 large clams casino - $35 !!! The presentation is great with the drawn butter perched over a little candle to keep the butter warm.

Excellent food served in a cozy atmosphere. An old school restaurant for those of us who love trying non-chain establishments.
