809 bar and restaurant

Very nice establishment. The layout is bar on 1st floor and Restaurant on 2nd floor. Music is great, Bar view is welcoming, and bartenders are nice.
There is a nice selection on the menu with an open kitchen view which complements the layout. Kitchen staff, waitresses and seating stewardess are all professional and create a wonderful experience. Nice to have this venue in the Rochester region within the Cornhill section.
Alfredo pasta or Steak and Lobster are great meal choices.
Motts sticks were a perfect appetizer.

I didn't take the best of pics because the good was just so good! Get the Tripleta! It's a pulled pork that's marinated instead of sauced. So delicious, way too filling, the portion was literally a quarter of a loaf of bread! Will be back soon! If you can ask for Javier, an amazing and attentive server!

Today is August 26th and I attended a celebration dinner with my cousin in law Danny at 809 Bar & Restaurant. The place looks amazing and you get to the chefs working away hard. The atmosphere is A1. Sitting along side the Genesee River you have a gorgeous view of the water and our iconic Bridge.

The service was great the waitress was very attentive and provided great service to our group of 13 people. They keep you refreshed with water and beverages of your choice we also serve you with a lovely loaf of bread with the oil based Italian seasoning (taste great in my opinion).

The Birthday boy ordered the Tomahawk Steak which is $149. 99 while I didn't ask him how was his food he seem to eat it all.
I myself order the Skirt Steak and Lobster with a side of mashed potatoes. The lobster was very good but the stake was average in my opinion. Potatoes lacked flavor. Over all I give the place a 3 out of 5.

Food was surprisingly really good & flavorful. Service was excellent and definitely a good vibe
You will not find a place like this in the area and i love to support my fellow dominicans! Love to see this business thrive
