The service is exceptional. From the time I walked into the building until I was on my way out, every employee said hello. Our server was Nichole and she was so friendly, helpful when it came to discussing their signature meals, and didn't once come to the table while my mouth was stuffed with food! The Mexicali dish was a great deal and it was delicious. The tacos are on the expensive side - I probably wouldn't order them again as the menu price ($5) is for a single taco. Chips are not complimentary, but our server did give us some extra in the bag with our leftovers along with some dips to take home. Great experience.
The food was delicious here. The nachos here are the best in Rochester that I have ever had. The only issue that I had was that the wait to receive our food was extremely long. We were in a party of 8, but it still was too long and my sister did not get her food until well after everyone else was served. (Which was ironic because we were there celebrating her birthday.) Overall, though, I would recommend this restaurant.
Amazing restaurant down the road from the Public Market. Great margaritas and equally great Mexican style food. The atmosphere is perfect and the staff is welcoming and wonderful!
I've been here twice, once for cocktails and once for dinner with a friend and his family. I loved it!! The food was great and so were the cocktails, especially their original margarita which is probably one of the best margaritas I've ever had. Taking away one star because the salsa was reaaaaally not good, basically just bad tomatoes diced into a bowl. Other than that, great place, great atmosphere!
It's your typical trendy Mexican bar & restaurant. It's got a casual atmosphere, but it's well put together and has a nice ambience. It's a good place for a casual date or bite/drink with friends. The food is good, but not too unique, and the prices are reasonable as well. The service is responsive and friendly. Overall it's a nice place with good food. It's nothing special, but not everything has to be.
