BLADES

I needed a wine cork for a desk I was repairing, won't go into details but just needed it for balance. I walked all around Rochester, searching far and wide for 1 wine cork on the street and in other restaurants as I'm 18 and can't readily go buy wine just even for the cork :((( . I was about ready to just persuade someone over 21 to buy me wine just for the cork, idc about the wine they can keep the wine just give me the cork. But then I went to Blades as a last resort, and they didn't just give me 1 wine cork...they gave me FOUR. So I was just taken away. They are pretty slick for that one. Thank u Blades for not your food or your dining experience or your wine but for your service of giving me wine corks. Turned my frown upside down.

I was here for a private party, so I can't speak to dining service. The food was good, and the atmosphere was fun. The only criticism is that the bar was set up right by an open air patio where the sun was setting, so the wine was pretty warm when served. Otherwise, a fun place to have an event. Staff was friendly and did a great job!

Excellent fish fry on a Wednesday. Good service. Cold beer. What more do I need to say?
