Bubby's BBQ

Bubby's Bbq catered an event for some very dear friends so I wanted the best BBQ in town. I WAS NOT disappointed. The ribs were tender and moist, the bark on the brisket was sumptuous and the mac and cheese was so good. I would highly recommend Bubby's!

This BBQ is on par with the absolute best BBQ greats. Could go toe-to-toe with anything Texas or Kansas City or North Carolina could bring to the table. The brisket will make you cry. The pork made me reconsider all of the pork I’ve been eating my whole life. Best BBQ in ROC and it’s not even a little close.

Found out about Bubby’s BBQ from the news article in the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle yesterday. The Ribs were very good and had great flavor but the Maple Bourbon Chicken Wings were fantastic! The homemade Honey Cornbread was worth the drive there alone. Met the owner, Demetrius, and he was very nice and humble and the staff were very polite and efficient. Wishing great success to all of them and I’ll be coming there from West Irondequoit many more times in the future.

Had this last night for dinner and...ummm....it was honestly amazing. Corn bread was SO GOOD! Sandwich. Wings were outstanding. Best sauce option. Run here! Now!

We chose to check this joint out as our special Buffalo Bills playoff meal. GREAT decision.

Ditto the pulled pork - that Gold Sauce is on point but the meat shines on its own. So flavorful and juicy, you can taste the pride and love that went into preparing every part of the meal. THIS is what BBQ should be. Rochester gained a gem.

Very impressed. I predict they will soon have round-the-block demand.
