    Sad. So much opportunity here but rent is to high to most business, especially since parking sucks. Many good places left and places have trouble staying open with a few exceptions

    Nice location with shops. Grappa was a great place to eat. Brussels sprout were amazing.

    Despite a few vacancies this is a lively retail and restaurant destination. Very clean and safe, plenty of parking, and conveniently located. Provides a much-needed "small college town main street" experience for the U of R community and anyone who wants to drop in.

    Good place for unique food and shopping. Good venue for events. I'm only giving it four stars because there is a very high turnover for the shops and restaurants. We went back a month later and the grocery store and the cafe we went to had been closed. Once we started working in the area, we noticed it happens quite frequently so if you want to go somewhere in Collegetown, just go before it gets closed down.
