Best sub shop, customer service is amazing and very fast to cater to your needs. Lines get long sone times but they have plenty of staff to move things quickly as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a sub. The atmosphere is good as well.

Always great subs. More of a variety now than before. They have sandwiches and salads as well as smaller cookies. Fountain drinks and bottled soda and water.

Fast service, people that make your subs are great, polite, the managers even pitch in and help when the lions are too far back. I would advise anyone that wanted a great sub, fast service, and politeness. To eat there.

These subs are quality. I've been trying out different subs since moving to Rochester and never had a bad one yet. I've aways had a good experience. Oh also the bread is really good, especially when you consider how much bread they probably bake.

Some of the best subs you can get from a multi-location restaurant in the area. The aesthetic of the restaurant is incredible and definitely adds to the experience. I received great service and would highly recommend the Philly chicken subs they have on their menu. These subs take a little longer because they are hot but are worth the wait. Only complaint is that the drink selection pales in comparison to that of the Jefferson road location.
