We love dog town! Who doesn’t love the pictures of dogs everywhere?! Very accommodating with all the vegetarian options too! Have had some occasional order mess ups recently (ordered a split plate but got 2 of the same meat), but it’s not too big of a deal cause it’s still good! Very reasonably priced too????????
Absolutely the best dog in Any Town, not just Rochester. Great selection, cooked to perfection. Buns are fresh and beverage choices unique and special. Parking never easy and it gets super busy early and stays that way. Be patient...worth the wait.
Have hot dogs one of their ways or have them your way. Love this place. Seating is tight but it's a fun place to eat.
One of best cheap places to eat on the west side of Rochester. The menu is mostly hot dogs, but they have some burgers and, Italian sausage, and veggie burgers. Usually there's a soup of the day. Sides include fries, home fries, and sweet potato fries. Fridays they do any dog as a foot long without any extra charge. My favourite is the Fido Castro, a hot dog with bacon, melted swiss, mustard, dill pickle, and coleslaw, but everything is good. I've tried everything on the menu and the only one I don't care for is the Hawaiian. I don't love pineapple in savory dishes. There's usually a daily special. I highly recommend Dogtown if you're looking for a cheap place to eat.
The menu is great- who knew there are so many ways to have a hot dog. The German Shepherd is my favorite. Many other good options besides hot dogs including vegan. The soups I have had were good too. It can be busy but it's worth any wait. Parking can be tough but there is a lot behind the buildings across the street.
