BEST👏🏼TAMALES👏🏼IN👏🏼ROCHESTER
My family’s been searching about 20 years for quality tamales in upstate NY and this is it!!
And the prices are very reasonable.
Peach blossom is definitely worth checking out.
amazing food, so good! a bit of a wait 15-20 mins, but worth it! still designing and updating the inside and its a little bare right now, so would recommend take out for now, but sounds like they have great plans. again the food is so so good, wish them the best of luck!
I absolutely love this place. The food is amazing, and the people behind the counter are always friendly. The tacos are among the best in the area, as are the quesadillas.
Of note, they occasionally have specials which are always delicious. I've included a photo of the pork ribs, which are perfect in every way (including an amazing sauce).
Food is delicious. My favorite is the Asada Taco. But the tacos generally are all delicious. This is at least partly due to the food being prepared fresh after ordering. The downside of this is that there is a bit of a wait for the food to be freshly prepared. This can easily be mitigated by ordering in advance, I'd say 15-20 minutes ahead.
Well worth the wait! If you are in a rush I believe the Mexican steak plate is a bit faster to prepare. I think the tacos are superior, but the beans and rice are also delicious.
Give it a try, be ready to be patient and you won't regret it!
Delicious food, kind & caring staff. I got 3 Al-Pastor tacos for $12, a great price for the amount of quality, delicious food. Well seasoned pork with grilled pineapple, topped with cilantro and onion on a homemade tortilla. The homemade "Hot" Sauce was also delicious - the perfect accompaniment to the tacos.
Pro tip: call and order ahead for lunch, they are a new popular spot with a small staff hustling to make fresh, made-from-scratch food.
