    So awesome to see a little bit of the old downtown still around

    Sibley square is a classic Rochester, New York location.
    They are currently holding the French festival. The area is bustling with local shops and establishments. I would recommend visiting the area if you are in the downtown Rochester area.

    Its ok for a quick stop for some random items from the shop and there's a Dollar General next door which is convenient for quick grocery item stop and some other odds and ends.
