Josh delivered a private dinner experience and he exceeded all expectations! The food was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. The whole menu had so much thought and time put into it, it was perfect! I can’t wait for another event so we can contact him for our catering needs!

Let me begin by saying those chicken wings with that Hennessy glaze was slamming, top-notch, Next, the stuffed salmon was delicious with the sides of mac and cheese hit the spot and Cajun rice. Soul Fusion makes your soul full with flavors put together just right. So so so good!

Have you ever taken a bite of your meal to find it to be so fresh you can swear there’s notes of the soil the vegetables grew in? Cause that’s what every single bite is like here. You can just tell the chef puts his heart and soul into every bite, and the wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly even when it’s sweltering hot and they’re busy! 10/10 would recommend to anybody who gets the opportunity to experience their food!

Amazing food! Josh catered two events I have attended and everyone was blown away! My friends and I love the new menu every week for his pick up service.
