My business with Fastrac goes about as far as a tank of gas.
I stop by every Friday to fill up my car, using the ‘Cash Card’ to fill up before handing over payment. I see a small discount thanks to the member’s card, but I’m more about the ability to pay after filling up as I don’t know exactly how much I’ll need to fill my tank; and going back into the station to get change is silly.
There’s plenty of available pumps to pick from, and the station grounds are kept pretty free of debris and garbage.
The staff usually looks like they’ve just come off a pretty bad hangover, or are suffering from a lack of help, but they are professional enough that I don’t pay it much mind.
My one complaint is probably the poor cashier structure, where customers line up and become crowded in when things get busy. Might want to consider a redesign where you don’t put both cash registers next to one another, at the very entrance to the station.
Overall this is a fine place to fill up and move on with no major problems.
