    Love the restaurant. The line gets super super long at lunchtime. Sometimes the staff isn't really friendly

    Amsterdam Moe's is running one of the better crews. We've had very good service and even when it's incredibly busy the young staff put the effort in to be pleasant and efficient. This has not always been the case at this location.

    They still have some trouble keeping up with bathroom and dining room clean-up and keeping the salsa station fully stocked when they get hit but that's to be expected in trying to manage employee overhead with appropriate staffing for the busy times. It's not the staff but the staff level as that spot has high highs and low lows for traffic.

    The staff are at their best moving food out the door and they seem to work well together. They manage the high variability of the busy and down times as well as they can. As a bonus they often catch ways to save on the bill during check out, like ordering a certain combination of items as a special deal to save a buck or two.

    I love their Moe's Monday that's when I get my chicken bowls. That is when the prices are best.
