Amber is very nice and her food matches her personality. Feels like your buying food from a friend. I had the combo over rice with extra white sauce.

My family and I tasted Amber’s Halal chicken on rice and the gyro; I must say that it was the best Halal food that I ever ate. Please try Amber’s Kitchen on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin. You will want more! I can’t wait to get some more chicken on rice. Amber, you are a great chef!! You will definitely see me soon.?

Amber's Halal Kitchen is amazing!!! The food is freshly prepared and you get a very generous portion. My boys had the lamb Gyro and my husband and I had the chicken and lamb over rice. Everything was cooked to perfection. It was a melody of delicious flavors with just the right amount of sauces. I have to say, it was the best Halal food I have ever eaten!!! I highly recommend you try Amber's food!!!!

I have been here twice this week when I discovered them, I did not regret it! I have tried the Chicken Combo and Chicken/Lamb Combo over Rice, with White Sauce and Mild Hot Sauce (they have a hotter Hot Sauce available as well). Both meals are fantastic and come with lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. The portions are generous! The Chicken is freshly prepared and have a very juicy and flavorful taste. The lamb they use is perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful and is not very salty like some other lamb products. The Rice is perfectly seasoned, light, flavorful and complements everything very well. Saving the best for last is Amber's "Secret Ingredient", her homemade White Sauce. This sauce is amazing and complements both meals perfectly with both their Hot Sauce and Green Chutney Sauce. You would be silly to not stop by and indulge yourself with some amazing and tasty comfort food. I am a huge fan of Food Trucks, and am happy to see a wide selection of high-quality establishments starting to appear in the neighborhood. I am looking forward to my next visit! Highly recommended!!!
