Amazing dinner every time. World class dining.

Came for the $15 lunch and had the Chupe de Camarones which is basically a bomb shrimp porridge. Coworkers loved the pork Sandwich

Hands down probably the Best beef steak I've ever had.

Perennial is a tiny, bare-walls spot with a bar and a few tables. Their menu is limited to only a few items, and this is a good thing. Contrary to a commercial place trying to offer everything under the sun, and popular stuff like burgers, here they only give you what they know is a great, composed plate of food, and everything you get will be exactly that. The level of cooking is something you only see at the real deal, done by a serious chef who cares about quality and doing something individual. Go here, keep them in business!

Everything here is exquisite. Such a hidden gem! The chef is extremely passionate about his ingredients and his dishes and is an absolute genius. We have been there twice now and we can't wait to become regulars. Oh, and the cocktails are fantastic too! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!!!
