Shake Shack

One of the best hamburgers you can get. The portion is also not too much which is great. The shakes are great. The only negative is that you'll have to hunt for seating during peak hours. Service is great and the food ones pretty quickly.

Love this place for the food but mostly for the staff. We ordered smokestacks, blood orange lemonade, chicken dogs, custard and fries to stay, all delicious. While we were eating a staff member saw our custard and asked if we wanted her to put it in the refrigerator until we were finished with our burgers, thought that very considerate (little things and attention to details make me happy). I've been to other Shake Shacks, this one is super efficient and always clean. I've also ordered online, my orders have always been correct and on time which is super helpful when I'm in a rush.

Went on a Sunday night - my first time after passing many times and seeing it always busy. Well, pleasantly surprised! It is fast service, give order, and wait for your buzzer when ready, nice table seating, TV's, well organized. I asked if they had dinner salad choices, nope, so burger it was. Wow - delicious char-broiled and flavorful small size cheese burger! Not sure what seasoning but it was great.

Fair or not, often when a customer visits a restaurant for the first time their return to that restaurant really depends on what they ordered and whether they liked it or not...
So tonight i went in and ordered the wrong kind of burger for me and i didn't like it at all.
I was upset and almost walked out furious about wasting my money when i changed my mind and decided to tell the counter people about it. The man who i thought was the manager was instantly concerned and seemed extremely eager to help me turn my frown upside down. He was extremely nice and patient and explained to me that he thought id probably like a different type of burger and went above and beyond to make me happy. I was shocked because most places give you a hard time and act like who cares.Get out.
Not the case here at all.
I immediately thought what an honorable gentleman this guy was and calmed down.
I loved my burger and instantly wanted to do a google review and thank the man named Gianni who was single handedly responsible for turning this 1 star review into a 5.
He was a class act.
The other service members communicated well with him and each other as well i noticed and i absolutely WILL be going back.

Super expensive. The quality though is top notch and that extends to many of their menu items. They also server you relatively fast compared to how crowded it can get. Employees also seem to enjoy their job so it seems like they create a good atmosphere to work in which translates to how they treat their customers. Despite the large crowds there is ample seating. Not a complaint but just a suggestion: some type of combo deal instead of having to order everything separate.
