Waterzooi Belgian Bistro & Oyster Bar

I've been for lunch here four times, each time excellent, with attentive and friendly service. Most times I have oysters, usually the Beausoleil variety from New Brunswick, on the half shell, delicious. I had a very good steak most recently, but the main reason to come here, besides the oysters, is the mussel pots and the draft beer selection. Highly recommend for lunch, and I'll update if I get a chance to eat dinner here.

Update: I had dinner here with my spouse and it was just as good as lunch, although a bit noisier. They were renovating one of the dining areas, so seating was a bit awkward, but they'll be done soon, I bet.

One of the best restaurants in the area with fabulous mussels and a great selection of Belgian beers in bottle or on tap. Try the Oreganato mussels (my fave) or any of the dozen plus styles. They also have very good meat and pasta dishes as well. The bottled wine list is very nice but I'd give them five stars if they improved their wines by the glass list, which is a bit lacking.

Went there during the restaurant week. Their mussels are great. The way the soup blend perfectly with the mussel. The short rib is also pretty good. The chicken on the other hand, was too dry and doesn't taste good.

From the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out it was such a great experience. Hostess was so sweet and friendly...table was great. Food was so great start to finish. Service was excellent. Waiter hostess and staff all on point. Highly recommend.

Was kinda expecting more, especially for the price. Steak was par at best. I understand that mussels/seafood is their specialty (I tried my girlfriend's mussels and they were excellent), but your entire menu should be up to a standard. I would probably come back but only get mussels.
