Gaetano is a pioneer introducing to Long Island NY, the Detroit Pan Pizza, with non-traditional ingredients, that blend perfect together. Try their Juliet, it has mozzarella Gorgonzola prosciutto fig jam balsamic glaze and shaved grana padano, try It you'll scratch your head and said yourself who would have thunk. Then there's their American pie with fresh blueberries that's right I said blueberries on a pizza! With poncetta asiago mozzarella and Fontana cheese's with honey and blueberry drizzle. It's out of this world. They also have a lasagna pizza with ricotta, mozzarella and a ragu bolognese. It's like rediscovering pizza all over again. Come on down check it out you won't regret it.

Love the regular cheese pizza and the granny one. The crust is so good, perfectly cooked, it has a nice crunch and chew to it. Don't be fooled, it might look a little overdone, but they get it just right. The sauce is heavenly, and the cheese is great too. Very glad they're part of the neighborhood now.

Amazing food and service. One of a kind!! Staff and team members are friendly and attentive to their customers. Hip and modern spot to grab Lunch or dinner. Their pizza is soo good!! The Cheff is excellent.

Really glad this place is finally open. Got to try the brick oven pizza and the thicker detroit style, and I was really pleasantly surprised. This isn't a regular pizza place– it's a lot more delicious and has a "hand-made" feeling. They have some in house created pastas that I didn't get to try, but since the pizza was so good, I'll be heading back to try this.
