Outback Steakhouse

Just dined at the Outback Steakhouse in Oceanside, New York. Our waiter, nick was amazing! Totally polite and expertise at his job! Very helpful and courteous! Also, other waiters and waitresses were great! Kim, who says she is of Greek heritage as we are and a young waiter who I’ve known from another pizza restaurant in Hewlett is always very polite! The hostess is always very sweet as well! The food is great and the restaurant is very family oriented and cozy! Thank you all so much for your kindness towards me and my husband! Where do I start? I'm a regular customer of Outback Steakhouse. I used my app to reserve a table at 7:45PM. Upon entrance, the hostess was bit rude (appears she was having an off day due to the place was overly busy). Then our waitress takes the icing of the cake (offset mood).

Let's make a long story short...what started off as a rocky start, was quickly remedied by Diane (Manager) and was very apologetic where she changed our waiter.

We were greeted politely from our new waiter named Jack and serve us for the remaining of our stay (he was checking up on us frequent if we was in need of anything). Our food was great and everything went well.

I wanted to extend a sincere THANK YOU to the manager Diane for truly going above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. This is a staple of an example of how you make a chain restaurant successful and have repeat customers. Before leaving, we extended our gratitude to the manager for showing sincerity and care...overall positive experience!

Nice restaurant, didn't have any steaks there tonight but I've had them before for the price pretty good. Now as far as the service goes I'd say excellent. Our server kept his eye on our table. Was there when we needed him, but wasn't a pest. Been there many times to outback that is never had a bad experience.

Excellent service ask for Anabel! She’s very efficient made my family and myself feel welcome and was very attentive to our needs! No complaints! The food came out fairly quickly and was delicious! Great food and service! Extremely satisfied customer! Will definitely come back!
