TGI Fridays

I must apologize to the general manager Randy, for documenting his name on a previous review when he was not the party involved in the incident that had transpired on Sunday, January 13 during my experience at TGI Fridays Levitown. A miscommunication on my part, I apologize Randy. My overall experience with this TGI Friday’s has been a few that have undoubtedly been exceptional! The waiters there are always so friendly and accommodating, the food is good, and the drinks are wonderful! I had given this Friday’s a low rating after the Experience that was unexpectedly thrown my way on Sunday… But I’m changing it significantly to the other side of the spectrum due to Randy, the general manager of the store, making a personal phone call directly to me to understand all the details of my side of the story and the event that occurred that night. With deepest apologies and an “I promise to personally get down to the bottom of the matter with the employee involved!”...He had put my mind at ease. I gave this restaurant a five star rating for excellent customer service and retention, great food, wonderful drinks, and a fun happy atmosphere to be in! A special thanks to Randy - the general manager, Stephanie the manager, and of course Brandon... my favorite waiter there!

Was in the neighborhood. Made a quick stop for lunch. Simple restaurant if you've been to Friday's before they are all the same

A good standby for a late night appetizer and a drink. We ended up shopping a bit later than planned so the original idea of Chinese food didn't work but you can count on tgifridays to be there when you need it. It was nice to sit down and enjoy a selection from a good drink menu and an appetizer combo that we added some delicious pot stickers and pretzels to. The potato skins would benefit from another garnish and the mozzarella sticks could be slimmer so not to be too thick but these are minor things. An enjoyable stop

I got a Philly cheese burger and it was great. Fries were a tad bit too salty. Service was really good and the server was very friendly. We got seated right away on a weekend night but it did get crowded a little after we were seated. The appetizers are really good at Fridays.
