This is the highest quality sushi on the South Shore in Nassau County. It goes beyond basics like fresh fish that is prepared well. The sushi itself is cut correctly to the proper thickness, length, shape, and along the grain. The ratio of fish to rice is correct, 2:1, fish to rice. The amount of the wasabi dab that is added between the rice and fish is just enough to make the fish stick and adds a hint of flavor without overwhelming the flavor of the fish. The rice has the proper consistency and flavor, plump grains that are not mushy or dry. Each piece is well constructed and allows for the critical ability to dip the piece, fish first (upside down) into the soy sauce without it falling apart. Then there are the rolls. They are delicate and creative. They have the proper circumference that makes them easy to eat in one bite. The rice layer and wrappers are thin as they should be, the star of their rolls is the filling and topping. Well-proportioned and artfully assembled. The flavors are layered and complex without overwhelming the palate. The service is very friendly, gracious and attentive. Give this place your attention and your business. You will not be disappointed.

First time trying Brown rice sushi, it was really good. Everything looked amazing, props to platting. The food was delicious and the service was friendly too. I will definitely be back for more.
