    By far the best health and wellness spot on Long Island, very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced. Their meal prep service shines as I pick up my meals for the week and dont have to worry about my eating habits. 10/10 do not hesitate to come here for anything health and fitness related!

    Empire is my go-to spot for shakes and prepped meals when I’m feeling too lazy to cook during the week. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Love this place!
