(October 14, 2020, 3:18 pm)really disappointed. this place used to be my favorite because of the service and the baristas are so sweet. but service has significantly gone down. they never include straws in their uber eats orders now. three drinks and no straws to drink them with. and the bagels? forget about it, they're never cut or they're cut incredibly sloppy. the baristas are nice but i don't think i'll be coming back or ordering from them.

(October 1, 2020, 1:28 am)The barista that made my coffee this evening before the store closed did an excellent job! This coffee gave me life so that I could get through my shift at work! My drink did not have the burnt taste or after taste when you drink expresso. Delicious coffee and I am glad I stopped by this evening
