Papa John's Pizza

The Store was clean and inviting! I order (2) large specials with toppings.It's standard Pizza, & we enjoyed it.

I've been getting pizza from Papa John's for many years. They seem to always be on top of their game. Consistently providing accurate and delicious pizza with great customer service. This particular one does not live up to that. On two separate occasions, I have gone into this store to pick up my mobile order and have stood there waiting for someone to greet me. Once I'm greeted, I then continue to wait while the employees talk to one another and casually fold boxes or use their phone to further ignore the customer. After getting the food I paid for, I requested some crushed red pepper. Both orders were for two mediums and bread. I literally received ONE packet.. I asked if I could get more and I walked out with TWO.. Papa John's is known for their generous toppings and this place is stingy with toppings and packets. Is there a crushed red pepper shortage I don't know of? The pizza itself wasn't too bad. Not what I'm used to, though. The crust was flat and dry. Each slice had like 1.5 pepperoni on it. So I basically ate cheesy sauce pizza.
