Punjabi Baithak

The restaurant is very clean and spacious, with beautiful Punjabi culture scenery. The chicken Makhani and mix grill were very delicious. Also, we had received top notch customer service. I would definitely recommend bringing your family here! ??

I really didn’t want to put a bad review for a Muslim owned restaurant in these hard times, but I’m still having stomach pain and feel like throwing up. Such a beautiful restaraunt I went to at lunch today after I saw someone else’s review about it, Punjabi Baithak in Valley Stream. I was so excited but I really wish our brothers and sisters need to do better than just put a nice wallpaper on the wall. The food was cold, it was obviously from last night. So many tables in the restaurant but not one of them clean, with crumbs and in these covid times that’s big no no. I cleaned a table with hand wipe from my purse and sat. We told them the food is cold, they just brought out two more dishes for us, which were also cold. We, two people, were the only two in the restaurant, at 12 pm so it’s not like they were overwhelmed. I pray inshallah they do better than this and make it through this pandemic really wanted this new concept restaurant to be good. All I want is a good halal restaurant that serves Both authentic vegetarian dishes and meat dishes and they definitely have the potential for it.

My favorite was the fresh cooked chicken tikka cooked on the open flames . The samboses were to doe for. The sweets were really great. When you come dont forget to get the mango lassi
