The Cajun Bucket of West Hempstead

The 1st time I was at this restaurant the food was amazing. Service was a little off but it worked. Yesterday for Father's Day I ordered create your own buckets. Specifically stated that I didn't want any sausage in my orders because my husband doesn't eat pork. So when I arrived home and opened the bucket with the lobster, it had pork sausage. I called the restaurant back and told them they messed up one if my orders. They kindly told me to come back fir a new one and it was free if charge. The foid was fantastic. Great job to the staff there fir being kind and courteous .

First time here, ordered pick up for about 6 of us, didn't realize I gave them wrong menu from "the crab spot" to give me their orders, so omw there I start ordering and customer service was super understanding and knew everytime i said dungeon sauce I meant their sauce lol but they were a little pricy $$$ compared to the wrong menu i was ordering from, and no crawfish anymore which was a little disappointing since the mascot is a crawfish lol, overall def worth the drive from Brooklyn, will eat again, and great customer service, can't wait be able to sit in restaurants again ????????????

I adore this place! They give first-cleass food, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that spot is a professional, I enjoy very much trying all their food. The food is consistently tasty, the service towards the guests is agreeable. I often go to this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

Ordered for the first time today. Gave it 5 stars and it deserved each one. Food was hot, delicious, and plentiful. I picked up my order and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who chatted with me while I waited outside while another customer was inside. I highly recommend this local restaurant and I will be back. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

The food was delicious. I had the king crab bucket with the house sauce. It was just the right amount of spicy and garlic flavor. This restaurant offers a very affordable brunch menu Sunday from 12pm to 4pm with the option of unlimited mimosas. A great bar area with many TVs.
