Dave & Buster's

The actual Dave and Buster set up at this location is nice. The layout is extremely comfortable. The game section is cut off from the bowling alley and the pool tables. We bowled and ordered food. The only issue we had was the "server". Honestly he came to the table to bring drinks and did not come back to us at all the entire time. Their was a female server (who was NOT our server) who brought out our food and was extremely nice to us. At the end of the night our "server" brought us our check and was not satisfied with the tip we gave him. After he started throwing the menus at the bar and he became super angry. He kept staring at us and mouthing curse words. As one of my friends we were with starting walking to the bathroom the server followed him to the bathroom and asked for a better tip and my friend gave him more money. Our friend that gave the extra tip did not know he was rude and angry towards the rest of the group. So we spoke to the manager and the manager was completely understanding and apologized for his behavior. The manager also explained that the tip is up to the guest discretion not the servers and although the server was completely rude and harassed our friend the overall experience at this particular Dave and Busters was still a good one????

The food, the drinks and staff phenomenal! I had a great time. So many games. So much to do. 5 stars!

Cool place to hang out. They have enough different games to enjoy. However, coming here on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights is quite tedious because the place is very VERY crowded on those nights. Even trying to get a table could take you between 30 minutes to even an hour! But the place is fun and the crane games are not that defective, so that's a huge plus.

It was located in the mall. They have their own separate entrance too. I had a sweet 16 party here for my daughter. We rented a bowling lane. The waitress who was there for the party was nice. However, when I wanted to get an adult beverage at the bar, the bartender took too long to serve me. I had ordered a tailgate buffet for her and her friends. It was a bit pricey but it is her sweet 16 so I didn't mind it. They were pretty well organized with setting it up and making my reservation. The food was pretty good too. My daughter and her friends had fun so it was money well spent.
