    We went right in today, the meal came quickly. I was pleasantly surprised. Left a nice tip, the waitress was kind and professional.

    Food was served speedy and cooked well. All waitresses were willing to be helpful regardless if it were their section. Friendly service along with no long wait. Take out is also headache free

    Quick, respectful service. Always crowded however, i have never had problem with the food, or getting seated. At the moment they are advertising all the pancakes u can eat for one set price of 4.99. Which is cool.

    I was warmly greeted and immediately seated. My server, Shania, was awesome! She was very attentive and prompt. My food was great and quickly served. I was offered a to-go cup of coffee because my server saw that I enjoyed the coffee so much! I was impressed! This IHOP was very clean & I had a nice experience.
