    One of the best sushi places on Long island. The menu here it much more traditional than some of the new popular sushi places that have been popping up on Long island (i.e. Arata, Tiga). If you value the quality of fish, and the more simple crafting of sushi, then you will love nagahama.

    Very fresh sushi and the fun atmosphere to go with friends. Many different choices of sake. Wouldn't go with the beef dish as it was overcooked. But all of the different rolls offered are very fresh and delicious. Very good dumplings as well. Funny wait staff.

    Great service, excellent sushi and sashimi. Friendly atmosphere like you'd expect in this neighborhood. Order the tuna balls as an appetizer. You'll thank me later.

    Friendly staff! Excellent sushi and good tempura. Agedashi tofu broth is a touch bland.

    This place never disappoints! There could be a bit of a wait before you get sitted, but it's worth it. Sushi and sashimi are always fresh and the service is friendly. This restaurant gets crowded at dinner time and on the weekends. It seems to be very popular in the neighborhood. There are young couples, old friends getting together, families with multiple generations…; everyone seems to enjoy dining there.
