(December 4, 2022, 3:02 pm)They have VEGAN cream cheese and their costumer service was great. There is a sign that says non-diary and when I asked they say they use tofu cream cheese and mix in veggies. Thank you so much on behalf of the vegans.

(October 28, 2022, 12:24 pm)Similar as others have mentioned, the bagels are good but the customer service could improve. I asked for a lox bagel with veg cream cheese with onion and tomato. I came home and noticed I got a lox bagel with regular cream cheese and nothing else. I think service can be improved but wanted to provide constructive criticism.
