(January 13, 2019, 11:44 pm)Sushi Republic has a great All-You-Eat Menu. It's pretty extensive with options between signature and hand rolls too among others.
They also have a few vegetarian friendly options including vegetable tempura which I enjoyed. -

(November 13, 2018, 8:57 pm)Have been in the past and the service was far better. We didn't get half the things we ordered from the kitchen. We were checked on twice by a different waitress to make sure we actually ordered drinks bc it took our waitress so long to bring them out.
The sushi is great. It's all you can eat. If they bring you what you ordered!
