Great traditional family style Chinese meal. I can taste the msg being that it was pretty salty. But the food was good. Lots of meat and veggies dishes for those that are vegetarian. Service was great, very friendly staff and very accommodating.

If you are looking for authentic Chinese food, look no further.

A long list of exotic dishes, so if you’re looking for something “different” then by all means give them a try. As for the traditional fare; it’s as good as your average takeout joint, so nothing to go out of your way for.

My Chef’s Special chicken tasted no different than my son’s Chicken w/broccoli. My wife asked for a simple stir fry of scallops, broccoli and spinach: she got a steamed plate of tasteless food. The waiter insisted it was stir fried, so the conclusion is he’s blind or lying. He want blind.

Last observation, whilst just a minor thing, the pre meal noodles that they put on the table were your standard bulk, from a plastic bag variety. I’d expect a little more from how they advertise themselves.

Conclusion; if you’re looking for rabbit, eel, frogs or some internal organ dish, then go for it. Otherwise, don’t waste your time

Always a good place to have sit-down Chinese food. Authentic, rivals the restaurants in Flushing. Their spicy dishes are very potent, so order accordingly. Parking can be an issue on weekends and holidays but there is always parking close by. If you bring your own bottle, they charge a reasonable $10 corking fee.

I love Chef Wang! My whole family adores this place and we each have our favorite dishes. The juicy pork dumplings are number one on our list. We also enjoy all of the special soups. Dan Dan noodles are popular as well as the mango chicken wings. We often order special rolls and they are consistently fresh and delicious. The drinks are pretty great and the service is always excellent. The dining room is spacious and comfortable. I always recommend Chef Wang to everyone. Hands down the best and most authentic food around.
