Iavarone Cafe

Food us great. Selection is large enough to satisfy most palates. Service is quick and polite. Pricing is very fair considering the quality of the meal. Have always recommended this place as a great one for a quick afternoon meal.

Very delicious pizza. I would come again and again. The calamari is fantastic and crisp! But the garlic knots are awful. When you Order there Wapped in tin foil, they put in it the oven, two or three minutes later, you open it and a soggy Greece pool spills out. Does not sound fresh to me....

Kevin the manager at Iavarone Kitchen saw me and before I ordered suggested I try 2 new Pizzas Chef Vito came up with.
My new favorite pizza is now the Margarita Burrata sauteed basil excellent cheese flavor,and the best part hard tossed crispy crust.
Wow the crunch and the taste of the slice did wonders for the taste buds.
I used to love the Grandma slice but this has to be my New Favorite.

Focaccia Slice is excellent as well... with roasted peppers Fresh Mozzarella and the amazing tasting Basil Pesto.
The peppers and the basil with that cheese. Wonderful.

Kudos Kevin and Vito for coming up with such Fabulous new slices...

This was my first stop when I arrived in Queens, NYC. It's a beautiful Italian grocery market. Every fruit and vegetable was picture perfect. It seemed every item was imported directly from Italy, so the quality (and prices) were way above the norm. They have a quaint pizzeria and cafe next door where you can get a slice and a cappuccino for a very reasonable price.

I've been coming to Iavarone Cafe for so many years. The food is delicious and the people are always friendly. The pizza is amazing and the wraps are delicious. The zucchini linguine chicken bolognese is wonderful. I eat here a few times a week and it's always great!!
