My husband and I ordered the Joju Monster, Beef Bulgogi Banh MI, Joju Fries, and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. We thought their food was overhyped. Food was good, but not worth going out of your way to get it. We highly recommend the Joju Fries.
We dined in during the heat wave and the restaurant relied on 1 ductless AC to cool the entire space. It was not enough. We were borderline uncomfortable.
We got there at noon on Saturday and there were plenty of seats, but the rush picked up by the time we left.
The food here is something I recommend. I mean just writing this review make me want to have it again.
Good food for a new restaurant. Vietnamese-approved!
Got the lemongrass chicken sandwich and it was very fresh and delicious! Comparable to great banh mi places in NYC. Service was quick and friendly too. Looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu, including the spring rolls, fries and bowls.
Port Washington finally has a Vietnamese restaurant - and an amazingly delicious one at that! The sandwich was really fresh and packed with ingredients, and the spring rolls were pretty tasty too.
I am looking forward to being a regular, and it's great to not have to go all the way to New Hyde Park to get something decent. Even if I were given the option, I'd prefer to go this one!
